Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is an British musician and a singer. Harry Styles was one among the founders of One Direction. Born at Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England, on the 1st of February, 1994. He is the son Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles studied at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School where he created his own band, composed of 3 schoolmates, which he called the White Eskimo. The band won in 2009's Battle of Bands thanks to the excellent presentation they gave. In spite of always having been a fan of music, he also wanted to be an attorney or an physiotherapist. In order to provide for the family he took some time at a baker's shop. Harry Styles, in 2010 was a contestant on The X Factor. His single Is not She Lovely was and was performed by Stevie Wonder. The group was then forced to split up because of this. Nicole Scherzinger was the judge who recommended Harry Styles to be part a future group called One Direction, along with Liam Payne Zayn malik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group. They were first founded in the year 2010. They performed Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would be Sucking Without You as well as Bonnie Tyler Total Eclipse of the Heart. In result, they were among the finalist. However, they finished third, a place behind Rebecca Ferguson. Although Harry Styles and his group were not crowned winners, Cowell agreed to pay 2 million pounds for One Direction to sign with the Syco record label.
